Decafs can start as old coffees — this one begins with quality. Sourced through one of our ethical importers’ integrated Colombian supply chains, Butterscotch Decaf is selected for high body, high sweetness, and low acidity, knowing the sugarcane process enhances these traits.

The Sugarcane EA method uses a naturally occurring compound (ethyl acetate) to gently remove caffeine while preserving flavour. After decaffeination, the beans are steamed clean, leaving a cup that’s smooth, sweet, and a world apart from traditional decaf.
