Java Toffee Pudding

Sadayana Washing Station is fueled by over 200 smallholder farms nestled in the highlands of West Java.

It supports 191 farmers through composting, seeding programs, and microfinancing for local collectors, while pioneering innovations in the anaerobic honey process that give this coffee its unique character.
