Gregoria Miranda Huaman owns the Finca Mesapata estate.

Her coffee crop delivers a dynamic honey-processed G1 Bourbon, enjoyed as espresso, filter... or anything in between. 

How does this translate to taste?

A medium dark roast with deep and dulcet flavours … think of your favourite coffee shop’s caramel, dark chocolate and biscuity notes, with the slightest bit of apple thrown in there from the honey-washed process of drying the beans before they’re roasted… fantastic!

Trees pack the sky towering over Gregoria’s farm (Finca), bearing fruit resembling "table legs" (Mesapata), hence the estate's name.
