This is unlike cheaper Espresso Machine alternatives, which have 1 boiler, meaning if you're making anything more than one milk-based drink, you're going to have to do the dance of switching the espresso boiler on ... pulling your shot ... switching the boiler to steam and waiting for it to heat to 120 degrees ... to then switch the boiler back to espresso and waiting for it to cool to 90 degrees ... it's exhausting to write let alone action!
