☕ Freedom Coffee — Returns & Refund Policy

At Freedom Coffee, we roast to order so that every bag reaches you as fresh and flavourful as possible. Because of this, our returns policy is a little different from typical retail — but always guided by fairness and common sense.


📦 Returns on Coffee

Our coffee is a perishable product, so we’re unable to accept returns once it’s been roasted, opened, or delivered — unless there’s a genuine issue with the order.

If you experience any of the following:

  • Your order arrived damaged or incorrect

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your coffee was faulty or not up to standard

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at daniel@freedomcoffee.uk, including your order number and a brief description (photos help too).
We’ll do everything we can to put it right — whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund.


💳 Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, this may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.


🚫 Change of Mind

Because our coffee is roasted specifically for your order, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind or prefer a different taste.
However, we want every customer to love what they drink — so if you’re unhappy, please reach out and we’ll find a solution.


🎁 Gift Cards, Discounts & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Discount codes or promotional offers can’t be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
