Welcome to FreedomCoffeeUK Ltd. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.freedomcoffee.co.uk) you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. Who We Are

FreedomCoffeeUK Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-registered business roasting and selling coffee, equipment, and related merchandise.

2. Using Our Website

By using our site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent/guardian.

  • You will not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

  • You will not attempt to interfere with or damage the site or its data.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe misuse or fraudulent activity has occurred.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
We roast to order — which means slight variations in roast colour, packaging, or tasting notes can occur between batches.
Prices and product descriptions are correct to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
This does not constitute acceptance of the order — a contract is formed once your order is dispatched.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other listed providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • Payment is not successfully authorised

  • The product is unavailable

  • There is a pricing or listing error

5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you authorise recurring payments at the frequency you choose.
You can cancel, skip, or edit your subscription anytime by logging into your account or emailing daniel@freedomcoffee.uk.
Please make changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast or dispatch.

6. Shipping

We aim to roast and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and location.
FreedomCoffeeUK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays once an order is handed to the courier, but we’ll always help if an item goes missing.

7. Returns & Refunds

Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, so we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

8. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics, and packaging designs — is the property of FreedomCoffeeUK Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our materials without written permission.

10. Privacy

We value your privacy.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used to process your order or improve our service.

11. Liability

FreedomCoffeeUK Ltd is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, delays, or site access issues.

  • Health effects caused by misuse, allergies, or overconsumption of coffee.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled under UK jurisdiction.
