Purchase Options

  • One-Time Purchases: Great for trying new coffees or topping up.

  • Subscriptions: Freshly roasted coffee delivered automatically. You can change, pause, or cancel anytime (see below).

Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at your chosen frequency. Payments are taken on each renewal date unless paused or cancelled.
Manage, skip, or cancel via your account or by emailing daniel@freedomcoffee.uk.
Please make changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date so we can stop roasting in time.

Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)

We roast to order. If you need to cancel, contact daniel@freedomcoffee.uk within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once roasting or dispatch has begun, we can’t cancel or refund.

Refunds & Returns

Coffee is a perishable food item, so we can’t accept returns once the seal is broken.
If something’s wrong (damage, missing/incorrect items), email daniel@freedomcoffee.uk within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.

Gift Cards & Discount Codes

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from purchase.

  • Discounts/promos can’t be applied to completed orders.
