Tanzania has long been one of East Africa's quiet coffee powerhouses, producing clean, elegant washed coffees from the rich volcanic soils surrounding Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru.
At Mondul Estate, coffee has been cultivated since 1931. Today, the team continues to focus on meticulous farming and processing, combining generations of experience with modern quality control to produce coffees that consistently showcase the region's potential.
This washed lot is beautifully balanced and effortlessly drinkable: crisp apple acidity, smooth caramel sweetness and a delicate vanilla wafer finish.

Coffee is great, delivery was longer than expected.
Superb coffee! I’ve never tried from this region, and having read the description, I knew it was right up my street. Definitely one of my favourites, would highly recommend ⭐️
Highly recommend this incredible coffee! About to order my second pack, and reassessing my kitchen layout to order an espresso machine before we get a subscription going forward. I saw this from TikTok, and gave it a go because why not support a small business and a dream? If not me, who? Right? But it turns out this would become something bigger, and reignite a love of coffee for me and my boyfriend that had long gone stale with the repetition of big brand coffee houses. Can’t wait to keep buying and trying everything, knowing there’s two people that are as equally excited as we are with every order :)
